By proceeding with your booking for any coaching session, package, or the Free Discovery Session with Angela Morris Coaching ("Coach," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Booking Policy.

Nature of Coaching Services Coaching is a collaborative partnership designed to support you in achieving your personal, professional, and spiritual goals. Angela Morris acts as a guide, offering support, tools, and accountability. You understand that: * Coaching is not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or a substitute for professional advice from medical, legal, financial, or other qualified professionals. You should seek such services from a licensed professional if you require them. * You are fully responsible for your well-being, choices, decisions, actions, and any outcomes that result from the coaching process. * While faith-inspired principles may be incorporated if you choose, the coaching approach is tailored to your individual needs and comfort level.
Session Bookings & Confirmation * Sessions, including the Free Discovery Session, can be booked through our online scheduling system at https://angelamorriscoaching.wlbookings.com.
Upon successful booking, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Please ensure you receive this and note your scheduled appointment time and any instructions for joining the session (e.g., video call link). If you do not receive a confirmation, please get in touch with us at booking@angelamorriscoaching.com.
Payment Policy
Free Discovery Session: This 30-minute session is complimentary.
Single Sessions (e.g., Grief Coaching, Career & Purpose Coaching, etc.): Payment is due in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Multi-Session Packages (e.g., Financial Coaching, Motivation & Family Responsibility Coaching): Payment terms for packages are as specified at the time of purchase. This may involve full upfront payment or an agreed-upon payment plan.
Business Coaching: Payment terms will be as agreed upon in the specific service agreement.
All fees are in USD and are subject to change without prior notice, though prices for already booked sessions will be honored.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy
We value your time and ours. Please adhere to the following:
Client-Initiated Cancellation/Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24-48 hours advance notice via the online booking system or at booking@angelamorriscoaching.com.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24-48 hours notice will be accommodated without penalty, and any prepaid fees can be applied to a new appointment or refunded if applicable (see Refund Policy).
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made with less than 24-48 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of the full session fee. For package clients, the missed session will be deducted from the package.
No-Shows:
Failure to attend a scheduled session without any prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full session fee. For package clients, the missed session will be deducted from the package.
Free Discovery Session:
If you miss your Free Discovery Session or cancel with less than 24-48 hours notice, eligibility for rebooking will be at the Coach’s discretion.
Coach-Initiated Cancellation/Rescheduling:
If Angela Morris needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time, or if you prefer, a full refund for that session will be provided.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late for your session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to ensure fairness to subsequent clients. The full session fee will apply.
If Angela Morris is late starting a session, she will make every effort to provide the full session duration or make up the lost time at a mutually agreed-upon later date, at no additional cost to you.
Confidentiality
Angela Morris Coaching is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information shared during coaching sessions. All communications and information will be kept strictly confidential, except under the following circumstances:
If there is an imminent threat of harm to yourself or others.
If there is suspected child abuse, elder abuse, or abuse of a vulnerable adult.
When required by law or a court order.
With your explicit written consent to release information to a specified third party.
Client Responsibilities
To maximize the benefits of coaching, you agree to:
Be present, honest, and open during all sessions.
Actively participate in the coaching process, including completing agreed-upon actions or reflections between sessions.
Communicate effectively with your Coach regarding your progress, challenges, and expectations.
Attend sessions free from the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Angela Morris provides guidance, support, tools, and strategies to help you achieve your goals. However, you are solely responsible for creating and implementing your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results from the coaching relationship and services provided. Angela Morris Coaching makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties, expressed or implied, about any specific outcomes or results to be achieved. Coaching is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment from a qualified health practitioner for mental or physical health issues.
Refund Policy
Fees for single sessions and multi-session packages are generally non-refundable once services have commenced or if appointments are missed or cancelled outside the stipulated notice period (see Section 4).
For multi-session packages, if you decide to terminate the coaching agreement before completing all paid sessions, any potential refund for unused sessions will be at the sole discretion of Angela Morris Coaching. This may be subject to deductions for sessions already provided (calculated at the standard single-session rate if a package discount was applied) and a reasonable administrative fee.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, where applicable.
Intellectual Property
All materials, tools, worksheets, or resources provided by Angela Morris Coaching during or in connection with the coaching services are the intellectual property of Angela Morris Coaching. They are for your personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared with third parties without prior written permission.
Policy Updates
Angela Morris Coaching reserves the right to modify this Booking Policy anytime. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website angelamorriscoaching.com or by otherwise notifying you. Your continued use of our services after such changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
Agreement
By checking the box below and completing your booking, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if applicable and agreed separately).
You have read, fully understood, and voluntarily agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Angela Morris Coaching Booking Policy.
You acknowledge that you are entering into coaching services with the understanding that you are responsible for your progress and results.
